A Path Appears
Making Connections
Teenage Girls Groups
A Path Appears works alongside secondary schools in Dublin and Wicklow, Ireland, who wish to offer this in person programme as an opt in module for 3rd - 6th Year students. This is an 8 week group, 1.5 hours each week. Through experiential learning and group support, participants acquire valuable tools aimed at alleviating stress and enhancing resilience. In small groups of 8–10 individuals, this programme teaches a diverse range of self-care techniques, empowering participants to move through emotions and discover their inherent ability to instigate change and foster healing.

A Path Appears has grown out of seeing the need for more preventative support in communities in Ireland and the demands on the Child and Adolescent Mental Health services. The adolescent years are a critical phase for brain development, presenting a beautiful opportunity for positive growth that can have long term impact.
The programme we use has been created by The Centre for Mind-Body Medicine over the past 30 years. Click here to read more about their research and programme.
